COVID-19 Safety Information
Safety at our wedding is the highest priority for all of our guests.

We are constantly monitoring changes to CDC & New York State guidelines to ensure everything is compliant with published safety requirements.

All COVID-19 procedures for our wedding will be strictly enforced for the safety of everyone.
​
In order to provide a safe environment for all, New York State is requiring every guest, vendor, and staff member to be either fully vaccinated or tested for COVID-19. In either case, you will be required to provide proof. This can be accomplished in two ways:

You can email a picture of your vaccine card or negative COVID-19 test prior to the wedding. This can be done up until 5:00 pm on Friday, April 16th. In the body of the email please attach a picture of your vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and email address for contact tracing. Showing a picture or photocopy of your vaccine card or negative COVID-19 when you arrive.
Vaccine Requirement

A picture or photocopy of your vaccine card. Showing a picture on your phone is acceptable.

You must be at least 2 weeks past your final injection. If it is less than 2 weeks you will need to be tested for COVID-19.
Testing Requirement

Proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to the start of our wedding (any time after 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 14th.)

Proof of a negative Rapid Antigen test taken no more than 6 hours prior to the start of our wedding (any time after 11:00 am on Saturday, April 17th.)
Upon arrival, every guest will be checked in and have their temperature taken. During this process, if you did not email in advance, you will be required to SHOW proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.
If you do not submit the documentation through email, it is VERY important to remember to bring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test with you to our wedding. Unfortunately, if you forget it, you will not be able to celebrate with us :(
